Blue Star Helium Reaches TD at State 16 Well, Galactica Project, CO

Blue Star Helium successfully drilled the State 16 SWSE 3054 development well at its Galactica helium project in Las Animas County, Colorado, reaching a total depth of 1,211ft without encountering water. The well, which tapped into the gas-saturated Lyons formation, showed promising signs of high-quality helium concentrations during drilling. Upcoming operations include comprehensive pressure and flow testing, followed by laboratory analysis to confirm gas composition. The Galactica project, part of the larger Galactica/Pegasus development discovered in 2022, shows significant potential with multiple wells already yielding high helium flows.
