Chinese Firm, Nantong APK, to Produce 3.2mmcf/y of Helium

Nantong APK Semiconductor Material Co. recently held a ceremony for its semiconductor precursor material and high-purity electronic specialty gas production project in Yangkou Chemical Industry Park. The project primarily aims to contribute to the domestic semiconductor materials market. While the detailed breakdown includes various electronic gases and materials, the production plan encompasses 15 tons per year of packaged ultra-pure helium (3.2mmcf/y), highlighting its role in supporting semiconductor manufacturing. The completion of this project is expected to enhance the semiconductor industry chain in Yangkou Town and contribute to the economic development of China.
