Desert Mountain Energy has successfully disassembled and transported of its helium processing plant to the West Pecos Slope Abo Gas Field for reassembly, aiming to begin plant startup post critical component pressure testing in 5-6 weeks. The company adhered to budget and schedule, still holding ~C$14.7mm in cash. Ongoing workovers will be funded through cash flow. DME is exploring inert gas recovery and engaging in discussions for natural gas sales, while maintaining necessary permits for operations. Considering the challenges encountered during DME's previous project, we have some reservations regarding the feasibility of producing commercial helium from the new project.
