EU helium imports have been strong over the last four months to June 2022. In April and June, total helium imports have crossed 85 mmcf for the first time since January '21. This strong rebound is mainly attributed to volumes from Algeria and Qatar which stood at 47 mmcf and 18 mmcf respectively, for the month of June. The largest importers have remained the same - France, Belgium, and Germany. Prices have remained in the same range throughout between US$275-300/mcf.
