Denbury has provided a detailed report to the USGS on the increasing risk of helium supply disruption. Denbury is in the process of developing a major helium project in Wyoming and will invest in carbon capture equipment to produce and refine low carbon intensity helium for sale. Denbury believes that the U.S. government must create a regulatory environment that encourages the development of domestic helium resources, particularly on federal lands, in order to reduce the risk of helium supply disruption.
