MAX Power has expanded its Rider Natural Hydrogen Project in southeast Saskatchewan, making it Canada's largest natural hydrogen target area, now covering ~830k acres. The expansion includes eight additional claim blocks, identified through extensive research and historical data that highlight the Torquay-Rocanville Corridor's potential for natural hydrogen occurrences. Key blocks like Tribune, Bromhead, and Alameda show promising hydrogen values from historical wells, with some as high as 87.1%. The company is planning a near-term programme to confirm the presence of natural hydrogen trends and aims to leverage Saskatchewan's favourable geology and supportive regulatory environment to advance exploration in the sector.
