Mosman Oil and Gas secured an extension for its EPA 155 permit application in Australia's Amadeus Basin, in cooperation with helium-focused firm Westmarket Oil & Gas. The Farm-in partner, a subsidiary of Georgina Energy (which has had several failed attempts to IPO in the UK), will carry out technical work, including gravity and seismic surveys, to earn a 75% working interest in the permit, which is potentially rich in helium, natural hydrogen, and hydrocarbons. After the required seismic re-processing, Mosman will receive A$15,000, and additional drilling could see Westmarket gain a 15% working interest. The permit is being negotiated through the Central Land Council.
