Mosman raised £1.5mm (~US$2mm) via a placing of 4.24bn shares at 0.035p/sh (24% discount to the previous close of 0.046p/sh) to support helium project development and provide working capital. The fundraise will help advance helium opportunities, including the Vecta Helium Project in Colorado, where drilling is planned for Q4'24. Mosman holds 20% in Vecta and 100% in EP(A) 155 in Australia, which may reduce based on farm-in conditions.
