Russia has restricted the export of inert gases such as helium and neon. Russia's exports of helium had been relatively minor given the issues at Amur but this suggests that there will be no production coming from the new facility any time soon. Existing production from Orenburg is mainly shipped in smaller quantities to FSU states so this ban will have a minor impact on the global market.
