SIGIT has provided a scalable solution for increasing the capacity of a helium processing facility. This included process and mechanical design to increase the inlet capacity, raw inlet gas treatment to meet dew point for separation, membrane package specification and procurement, vendor evaluation and support for procurement, and electrical design package. The result was a project design that allowed for expansion as gas production increased, and a scalable solution for future membranes with minimal upfront costs.
