Total Helium CEO Robert Price discussed the company's recent acquisition of the Pinta South Project in Arizona during an interview with Proactive Investors. The acquisition includes a 20% working interest in two producing wells and a 50% working interest in 27,000 acres, including 8 additional wells awaiting connection. Price revealed that three new wells have been drilled in the past two weeks and are currently undergoing completion. Total Helium presently has seven wells connected to a helium processing plant, with plans for further drilling in the future.
